COMPANY PROFILE – section if for exhibitors details. Only Company Name will be displayed on the visitor portal.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION – section is where exhibitors can update a short description about the company and include clickable link to their own website. If you did not fill it in it will not appear on the visitor portal.
EXHIBITION PERSONNEL
EXHIBITION PERSONNEL – All exhibitors are entitled to a number of exhibitor personnel slots based on the package purchased for the exhibition. This section is for exhibitor badges as well as contact details at the exhibitor booth.
EXHIBITOR PORTAL
ADD NEW & EDIT – Super admin can add in all the exhibitor personnel and all accounts created will get their own login account. All booth reps must upload their photos for entry at the venue. Exhibitor has the option to show contact or not.

BOOTH – In the booth section you will be able to upload your company logo, 5 videos, and 5 posters. Dimensions and file size details are above the upload section.
A – Booth Logo – You can click the upload button and if you want to remove you can click the delete.
B – Video – Paste an embedded link so that your video can appear on the visitor portal. You may insert 5 videos.
C – Poster – You may post up to 5 photos they can be posters, promos, latest information.

In this section exhibitor can view who has requested appointment and the type of appointment.
EXHIBITOR PORTAL
A – Exhibitor is able to adjust the time and send back to the visitor. Visitors will receive an email notification if you have approved with the updated date and time.
B – Remark is where exhibitor can use for internal use.
C – Exhibitors can cancel, reject and confirm appointments
