Dear Exhibitors,
We are excited to welcome you to our upcoming event, Malaysia Autoshow 2023, which will be taking place at MAEPS and virtually this year. We hope you are looking forward to this unique experience!
If you have not yet received your login details for the virtual portal, please contact the person in charge as soon as possible to obtain them. The exhibitor briefing for the virtual portal will take place on 17 April 2023 via Zoom. If you cannot attend, don’t worry! We will send an email on 14 April with the meeting link, for those who are unable to attend we will be sending a manual and a recording of the session.
The Exhibitor Badges section will also be open on 17 April, and we will provide a guide on how to update information and photos. Each badge holder must upload their photo for verification at each entrance during the event. The final deadline to upload photos is 27 April, which gives exhibitors 10 days to arrange all their staff details. Exhibitors will be provided with Six (6) badges for each 9sqm exhibition space and additional badges requested will cost RM10.00 per badge (non-refundable).
Please note that pick up of the badges will be at the venue on 2nd May at the ticketing counter. Kindly send one representative to pick up all your booth badges. Make sure to bring your badge confirmation email and a valid ID to pick up your badges. Reminder will be sent out prior to the date.
