When can we upload the information?
a. Pre-printed badges for April 17th-25th, 2023 will be handed over on May 2nd at the ticketing counter. Any information uploaded after the 25th will be printed on site. We highly encourage exhibitors to update their information before April 25th.

When can I pick up my badges and where?
a. Badges can be picked up on May 2nd, 2023 from 9:00am to 6:00pm at the ticketing counter at MAEPS in front of Hall A.

Exhibitor badge entitlement
a. All exhibitors are entitled to a specific number of badges based on booth size. If you require more badges, you may purchase them by contacting our helpdesk on WhatsApp at +60 11-1200 6420.
b. Please note that each badge is intended for individual use only and cannot be shared. This policy is in place to ensure that the event is organized and secure. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
4. Exhibitor Directory – Why must exhibitors participate in the virtual expo?
a. This virtual expo serves as a show directory where exhibitors can display their most important information and upload posters of what they are offering, especially for this event.
b. The directory encourages visitors to book appointments to meet exhibitors at the booth as well as book test drives.
c. This platform will also be used to conduct the lucky draw, which will encourage visitors to visit all the exhibition halls.
d. All announcements will be made on this platform for all visitors to access.
5. Appointment – Must all the companies set their appointments to meet at the booth?
a. Yes, we encourage all exhibitors to set appointments as it will allow them to anticipate the number of guests who will be visiting the booth.
6. Test Drive – Must all the companies participate in the test drive?
a. No, it’s not mandatory. If you don’t have any test drives, you don’t need to set up any settings in the virtual portal.
7. Booth Materials – What should I upload, and what are the required sizes and formats?
a. All material formats and sizes are indicated above the upload section.
b. For logos, you may upload horizontal or vertical logos. Our system is dynamic and will ensure that the logo fits inside the frame nicely.
c. For posters, you may upload up to 5 posters. We encourage the first poster to be about what you would like to highlight for Malaysia Autoshow 2023.
d. For videos, you may upload up to 5 videos. If you have YouTube or Vimeo videos, you may just put in the embedded link. If you have other video formats, you may send them to our help desk, and we will help you to upload them.
